Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
We bill clients on actual bandwidth usage and you don't pay for the incoming traffic, unless it exceeds 30% of your outgoing traffic. Standard web site incoming traffic patterns are no more than 6-10% of incoming traffic comparing to outgoing traffic. We do not penalize our clients for high-burst rate traffic due to “Digg” effect, however, common-sense rules do apply to limit our resource abusers that may affect our service to other users. We are a European-based company. As required by law, if you are located in the European Union and can't provide a valid TAX ID, we will charge you 18% EU Tax. All clients that are located outside of a European Union member state are VAT exempt and you do not need to pay tax. You are responsible for all your own local and state taxes, however. All payments that are over $500 per month are automatically switched to the wire transfer payment option.
